Dr. Sabari Selvam began his medical career with his M.B.B.S at Govt. Stanley Medical College in 2010, winning gold medals in two subjects from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. He completed his M.S.Ortho with flying colours at Govt. Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, training under doyens of the field, Prof. Velmurugan and Prof. Pazhani.
After senior residency in Trauma Surgery at Govt. Royapettah Hospital and a stint as Assistant Professor at Sri Venkateshwara Medical College, he trained abroad in 2023 under Prof. Marcacci (Hip & Knee Fellowship) and the legendary Prof. Elisaveta Kon (Regenerative Orthopedics Fellowship) at Humanitas University, Milan. This was followed by Shoulder Arthroscopy training at the NUH, Singapore and Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty under Prof. Shin in South Korea in 2024, and further fellowships in Cartilage Repair in Poland and Shoulder Surgery in São Paulo, Brazil in 2025.

What is the cost for consultation?
We agree cost is a major issue in quality healthcare. That's why our consultation fee is set at the bare minimum of Rs. 200 — and we'll waive it entirely if you can't afford it. Cost should never be a barrier to quality healthcare.
Can I come at any time to your clinic?
Yes, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM. We do prefer prior booking via our WhatsApp or a call, so you don't have to wait long for your turn.
Can I get a second opinion for my problem?
Yes — we run a special "Second Opinion Clinic" every day from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Since you've already been diagnosed elsewhere, our second opinions are completely free. We strongly believe the right to knowledge about your problem is everyone's freedom.
What's the difference, and why should I get treated by you?
We emphasise Zero Tolerance — hence the name. Complete transparency in every treatment option, every implant choice, and every cost. When the industry charges 2–3 lakhs for a procedure that costs 30,000, we aim to do it even better for 25,000.
Can I avoid surgery for my problem?
